A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College as well as the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry, Dr. Miriam Anderson’s education along with her gentle touch make her a doctor for patients of all ages, especially children. Patients who desire corrective contact lenses are also well served by Dr. Anderson’s expertise in selecting the right prescription for each unique individual.

Dr. Anderson is a proud member of several professional associations, such as:
  • American Optometric Association
  • Missouri Optometric Association
  • Greater Kansas City Optometric Society
Dr. Anderson is a native of the Kansas City area and now lives on acreage in Belton with her husband Ted and daughter Kelsey. Dr. Anderson has volunteered at the Barstow School and served the Allegro Community Children’s Choir. She also mentors young girls as a leader in the Girl Scouts of America.
